佳明微生物在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)采用自主研發(fā)的酶底物法，結(jié)合先進(jìn)的光、機(jī)、電前沿技術(shù)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)院廢水中菌落總數(shù)、總大腸菌群、糞大腸菌群、大腸埃希氏微生物指標(biāo)的在線實(shí)時(shí)自動(dòng)監(jiān)測。系統(tǒng)操作簡單、無需專業(yè)人員、無需嚴(yán)格無菌條件、檢測周期短、可在18小時(shí)內(nèi)完成多種微生物的在線培養(yǎng)檢測，實(shí)現(xiàn)24小時(shí)無人值守自動(dòng)監(jiān)測。

新型冠狀病毒疫情爆發(fā)期間，系統(tǒng)被及時(shí)應(yīng)用于醫(yī)院，通過對(duì)排污水體中的大腸菌群等微生物指標(biāo)進(jìn)行快速實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測，為管控醫(yī)院殺菌消毒效果提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐，嚴(yán)格把控了糞-口傳播途徑水循環(huán)的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)，有效防止新型冠狀病毒通過糞便和污水?dāng)U散傳播。

系統(tǒng)已在火神山醫(yī)院、雷神山醫(yī)院成功應(yīng)用，為疫情期間的水質(zhì)管控發(fā)揮了重要作用，成為了重要的防疫產(chǎn)品。2020年3月30日中央電視臺(tái)《焦點(diǎn)訪談》欄目報(bào)道了佳明微生物在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)在火神山、雷神山抗疫一線的應(yīng)用。

Microbial online monitoring system of JiaMing adopts a self-developed enzyme substrate method, and combines with advanced optical, mechanical, and electrical frontier technology. It can achieve the real-time automatic online monitoring of microbial indicators for the total number of colonies, total coliforms, fecal coliforms, and Escherichia coli in hospital wastewater. The system is simple to operate, it doesn’t require professionals and strict aseptic conditions, and it has a short detection cycle. The system can complete the online culture and detection of multiple microorganisms within 18 hours, and realize 24-hour unattended automatic monitoring.

During the outbreak of the COVID-19, the system was applied to the hospital in time. Through the rapid and real-time monitoring of microbial indicators such as coliforms in sewage, it provides data support for the sterilization and disinfection effects control of hospital, and controls the fecal-oral transmission route for the key nodes of the water cycle strictly. What's more,it prevents the spread of the COVID-19 through feces and sewage effectively.

The system has been successfully applied in Huoshenshan Hospital and Leishenshan Hospital. It plays an important role in water quality control during the epidemic and becomes an important anti-epidemic product. CCTV's "Focus Interview" column reported the first line of anti-epidemic applications in Huoshenshan and Leishenshanon of microbial online monitoring system of JiaMing on March 30, 2020.
